Our production partner API and webhook server became unavailable, returning HTTP 404 errors for all endpoints during 11:43 AM CST to 1:28 PM CST. This resulted in service disruptions for partners and clients attempting to access our API. The issue was identified and resolved by reverting to a previous stable release. We are actively investigating the root cause and implementing additional monitoring to prevent similar incidents in the future.
